Yes! When a customer books with ClickMechanic, they are provided with a 12-month warranty on parts and labour. If a customer experiences an issue related to the work carried out, you may need to conduct a warranty inspection.
How the Warranty Works:

If a customer reports an issue, you are responsible for carrying out a warranty inspection.

Warranty inspections should be arranged through the ClickMechanic Resolution Centre.

Keep the Resolution Centre case updated to ensure smooth communication and avoid unnecessary follow-ups from ClickMechanic.
