Who pays me and how can I track my payments?

Where can I check my payments? How do I see when I will be paid?

You can track your payments directly in the Payments section of your ClickMechanic account. All payments are processed securely through Adyen, our payment provider. Mechanics are paid on a transaction plus two days basis, meaning funds are transferred to your nominated bank account two days after a job is completed. The Payments tab allows you to view collected payments, commission, fees, and your net payout amount

How to check your payments
    1.    Log into your ClickMechanic account 🔑
    2.    Navigate to the Payments tab 💰
    3.    Select the Collected Payments tab

Within the Collected Payments section, you can view:
    •    The booking number you are being paid for
    •    The customer’s name
    •    The total charge amount
    •    ClickMechanic’s commission and any applicable fees
    •    The net amount you will receive

When will I be paid?

Adyen pays out on a transaction plus two days schedule. This means you will receive your funds two days after you complete the booking. Payments are transferred directly into your nominated bank account.
