How do I receive payment for completed jobs? When will I get paid?

Payments for completed jobs are processed securely through Adyen, our payment provider. Once you mark a job as complete and the customer’s payment is confirmed, your earnings are processed electronically. Mechanics are paid on a transaction plus two days basis, meaning funds are transferred to your linked bank account two days after the job is completed.

• Payments are processed through Adyen once a job is marked as complete.
• The customer pays you electronically via Adyen.
• ClickMechanic does not handle customer payments directly. We deduct our commission after the payment has been successfully processed.
• You are paid on a transaction plus two days schedule. This means your funds will be transferred to your linked bank account two days after completing the job. 💳

Adyen Account Verification

Adyen may occasionally request additional documents to verify your identity or business details.

This is part of their Know Your Customer (KYC) checks and is required to comply with domestic and international financial regulations.
