How long is my repair covered under warranty? Who provides the warranty for parts and labour? What are the conditions of the ClickMechanic warranty?

Yes! All parts and workmanship (excluding pre-purchase and diagnostic inspections) are covered by a 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty (whichever comes first). However, this warranty is provided by the independent mechanic who carried out the work and is subject to specific conditions.

Warranty Conditions:

• The mechanic who performed the work must be given reasonable access to inspect any issues before third-party intervention.

• The vehicle must be serviced in line with the manufacturer’s recommendations.

• The warranty remains valid only if you follow advisories, warnings, and instructions provided by your mechanic.

• The parts and workmanship must not be subject to abnormal conditions or unreasonable wear and tear.
