How to Raise a Resolution Case
If you are unhappy with the work carried out by an independent mechanic, the first step is to open a Resolution Case via your ClickMechanic Dashboard.
✔️ How to do this:
1. Log in to your ClickMechanic Dashboard.
2.Find the booking related to the issue.
3.Click the ‘Actions’ dropdown menu.
4.Select the relevant topic, fill in the details, and click ‘Send’.
This will open a 3-way dialogue between you, the mechanic, and our Customer Service team (if needed).
What Happens Next?
•The mechanic will have the opportunity to respond and resolve the issue.
•If necessary, our team will review the details from both parties and advise on the best course of action.
