If you need to change your card details for a ClickMechanic booking, the process depends on whether the payment has already been pre-authorised:
If your booking has NOT been pre-authorised:

You can change your payment method under ‘Bookings’ by clicking on ‘Change payment method’ on your current booking.

This option will be highlighted in blue under the heading ‘Amount paid’.
If your booking has been pre-authorised:

You will need to contact our support team to update your card details.

Open a resolution case via the 'Actions' tab under ‘Bookings’ and select ‘I want to change my booking’.

Alternatively, you can ask for an agent on chat between 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday-Saturday for assistance.
How to update your card details:

Open your ClickMechanic dashboard.

Click on 'Change payment method'.

Select 'Change/Add payment card'.

Click 'Use a different card' and enter your new card details.

Click 'Update payment method' to save your changes.
Important Notes:

Ensure your card is active and has sufficient funds to cover any pre-authorization amount.

If needed, you can upload alternate card details via your ClickMechanic Dashboard.
