How do I get a refund from my mechanic? My booking didn’t go as planned, can I request a refund?
We’re sorry to hear that your booking didn’t go as planned. Since your contract of work is with the mechanic and not ClickMechanic, you will need to contact the mechanic via our Resolution Centre to request a refund. Follow the steps below to start the process.
How to Request a Refund:

Log in to your ClickMechanic dashboard.

Click on 'Actions' next to the relevant booking.

Select 'Report a problem' and choose 'Other' from the drop-down list.

Write your complaint in the text box and attach any relevant files or images.

Click 'Send'—this message will be sent to both the mechanic and ClickMechanic.

We will step in only if you are unable to reach a resolution with the mechanic.
