We do not offer services for vehicles that are still under a manufacturer's warranty.
Why Not?
Manufacturer warranties typically require that all servicing:
- Is completed strictly in line with the manufacturer’s service schedule
- Uses manufacturer-approved (or genuine) parts and fluids
- It is fully documented, often with updates to a Digital Service Record (DSR)
- It may be carried out by a dealer or workshop with access to the manufacturer's systems
While independent garages can legally service vehicles under the manufacturer warranty (as per the European Block Exemption Regulations), the service must meet all the criteria set out by the manufacturer. We cannot guarantee that our service options will meet these strict requirements — particularly regarding digital service records or access to specialist tools and systems.
What Are My Options?
If your vehicle is still under warranty, we recommend:
- Contacting your vehicle manufacturer or local dealership
- Ensuring any servicing is carried out according to the official schedule using approved parts
- Checking whether updates to a Digital Service Record are required
Once your vehicle is out of its manufacturer warranty period, we’d happily help with regular servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
