Bookings are subject to a Minimum Labour Charge of 0.9 hours of labour, with rates between £33.24 and £70.49based on location and vehicle model. Additional charges may apply for late cancellations, rescheduling, and in-progress cancellations. Read below for full details.
Minimum Labour Charge

Applies when a Mechanic has provided any service, including repairs, maintenance, diagnostics, or part supply.

The charge is 0.9 hours of labour, based on standard local rates (£33.24 - £70.49).

Only labour charges contribute towards the Minimum Labour Charge.

The charge may only be waived with mutual consent from ClickMechanic and the Mechanic.

Parts, towing, re-stocking fees, and disposable items are not included.
Extra Charges
These charges apply under certain conditions, such as cancellation, rescheduling, or alterations.
✔ Late Cancellation & Late Rescheduling – Up to £20 if canceled/rescheduled less than 24 hours before the earliest scheduled arrival time.
✔ Extra-Late Cancellation & Extra-Late Rescheduling – Up to £40 if canceled/rescheduled after the Mechanic has started traveling to the booking location.
✔ In-Progress Cancellation – If a Mechanic has started work, you will be charged for:

Labour costs incurred up to that point.

Any parts already fitted.

Additional labour costs if the vehicle needs to be restored to its original state.
