My car will need recovering — can you arrange this?

Yes, absolutely! If your vehicle is not drivable, we can arrange for it to be recovered to the garage so your repair can go ahead without delay.

🧾 How recovery works:

• The assigned garage will arrange the recovery directly

• You’ll be contacted to confirm pickup time and details

• Your vehicle will be safely transported to the garage for the repair

• If your booking includes return delivery, they’ll arrange that after the work is complete

💷 How much does recovery cost?

Recovery is charged at a flat fee of £85, which covers:

• Vehicle transport from your location to the garage

• Full coordination by the garage — no need to arrange this yourself

The recovery fee will be added to your booking total.

❗ When is recovery needed?

We’ll arrange recovery if:

• Your vehicle won’t start or can’t be moved

• It has a major fault (e.g. clutch, gearbox, brakes, electrical)

• It is unsafe or illegal to drive

• The job must be carried out in a garage, and your car can’t get there on its own

📦 How to let us know you need recovery

If you haven’t booked yet:

• Select your repair as usual

• Then search for and add “Recovery” before confirming

If you’ve already booked:

• Let us know as soon as possible

• We’ll add the £85 recovery charge and notify the garage
