Yes! When you make a booking, we automatically send your request to both mobile mechanics and garages that cover your area. The job is then accepted by the first provider who meets the job requirements — but only if they also meet any preference you’ve shared in your booking notes.

📝 How to Share Your Preference

If you want to request a mobile mechanic or a garage with collection, here’s what to do:

1. Start your booking as usual.
   
   
2. In the “Additional Notes” section, type in your request — for example:
   
   
   • “I’d prefer a mobile mechanic if possible.”
     
     
   • “Please assign a garage that offers collection and delivery.”
     
     
3. Complete your booking as normal.
