Why can’t I accept new jobs on ClickMechanic? How do I resolve open resolution cases to start accepting bookings again?
If you’re unable to accept new jobs, it’s likely due to open resolution cases that need attention. ClickMechanic requires all escalated or unresolved cases to be addressed before accepting new bookings.
How to Fix This Issue
🔍 Check Your Resolution Centre
1️⃣ Log in to your ClickMechanic dashboard
2️⃣ Navigate to the Resolution Centre
3️⃣ Look for any messages marked as Escalated or Unresolved
✍️ Respond to Open Cases
•If a response is required, reply to the message as soon as possible
•If the case does not require a response, confirm with the Customer Service team to close the case
📌 Already responded but still unable to accept jobs?
If you’ve already replied but are still blocked from accepting bookings, contact ClickMechanic Customer Support and request them to close the case for you.
