Before the Job

✅ Confirm the Correct Parts – Ensure the replacement radiator is the right fit for the vehicle. Check hose sizes, mounting points, and coolant specifications.
✅ Gather Necessary Tools & Equipment—Prepare the appropriate tooling, coolant drain pan, clamps, and bleeding tools.
✅ Inspect the Cooling System – Before replacing the radiator, check for additional issues such as leaking hoses, a faulty water pump, or a malfunctioning thermostat.

During the Job

🔹 Drain the Coolant Properly

• Safely drain the old coolant into a container to avoid spills and environmental contamination.
