Why can't I take on more jobs? I can’t accept new bookings, what’s wrong?
If you are unable to accept bookings, there are typically two main reasons:

Outstanding or overdue bookings:

If you have a booking older than 12 days that has not been completed.

If you have 5 or more jobs that are past their arrival date.

In these cases, your account will be temporarily frozen to allow you time to complete outstanding bookings before accepting new ones.

Unresolved resolution cases:

If you have any pending resolution cases, these must be actioned before you can resume accepting bookings.
