How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
After receiving the booking confirmation via email, we will keep you updated with any important information about your booking.
Once a mechanic is allocated you will receive an email with his details and he will source parts and then arrive at the agreed location and time to carry out the work.
To contact your mechanic, click on 'Actions' in your dashboard and select 'Message my mechanic'.
