How do I check my booking status? Where do I track my mechanic appointment?
You can check the status of your ClickMechanic booking at any time through your account dashboard. Below are the different booking statuses and how to verify them:

Log into your ClickMechanic account.

Navigate to the 'Bookings' section.

Locate your booking and check the status displayed.
Booking Statuses and What They Mean

Checking: We are reviewing your booking before notifying mechanics. If any details need clarification, we will contact you via email or phone shortly.

Pending: Your request has been sent to mechanics, and we are waiting for one to accept it.

Confirmed: A mechanic has accepted your booking, verified the appointment, and will arrive at the scheduled time. You will receive a confirmation email with their details. A pre-authorisation will take place if the booking is less than 24hours away.

Completed: The job has been successfully finished, and the mechanic has marked it as complete and payment has been made.

Cancelled: The booking has been canceled, either by you or due to no mechanics being available
What to Do If No Mechanic Has Accepted Your Booking
If a mechanic has not yet accepted your request, you can increase the chances of finding one by adding more available dates:

Go to your dashboard under 'Bookings'.

Click 'Edit' next to 'Requested arrival time'.

Select additional availability options.
We will notify you via email as soon as a mechanic accepts your booking.
