No mechanic has accepted my booking

How long does it take to get a mechanic assigned? What should I do if no mechanic has accepted my request?

We strive to get booking requests accepted as quickly as possible, but since independent mechanics are not employed by us, we cannot guarantee an exact timeframe.

To increase your chances of securing a mechanic, you can add additional availability dates:

1. Go to your dashboard under 'Bookings'.

2. Click 'Edit' next to 'Requested arrival time'.
   

3. Add more available dates/times.

We will notify you via email as soon as a mechanic accepts your booking request.
