My mechanic hasn’t arrived – what should I do? Mechanic is late, how can I contact them? How do I check if my booking is delayed?

Why Might a Mechanic Be Late?

• Traffic delays or unforeseen road conditions.

• Previous job taking longer than expected.

• Unexpected mechanical or scheduling issues.

What Should You Do?

✅ Check for updates – We ask all mechanics to communicate with customers directly if they’re running late. Please check your messages or calls from your assigned mechanic.

✅ Contact the mechanic – You can message your mechanic directly via your ClickMechanic dashboard.

✅ Still no update? – If your mechanic has not contacted you, please reach out to us via the Resolution Centre (found on our Contact Page). We will get in touch with the mechanic and update you as soon as possible.
