Can I reschedule my booking? How do I update my appointment time?
If you need to change the time or date of your booking, follow the steps below depending on whether a mechanic has already been assigned.
If a mechanic has been assigned:

Go to your Bookings section and click on the blue 'Actions' tab.

Select 'I want to change my booking'.

Send a message to your mechanic with your requested changes.

The mechanic will review and respond to your request.
If no mechanic has been assigned:

Go to your Bookings section on your dashboard.

Click 'Edit' next to 'Requested arrival time'.

Select your new availability, including date, time frames, and service type (Mobile Only, Collection & Delivery, or Customer Drop Off).

Click 'Update availability' to save the changes. ✅
Your updated availability will be used to match you with a mechanic.
