How quickly can I get a mechanic?

How do I know if a mechanic is coming? Why hasn’t my booking been accepted yet?

Once you place a booking, we send your request to local mobile mechanics and garages in your area. Most repairs and services can be requested for the same day, but availability depends on local mechanics, so we cannot guarantee this at the time of booking.

• If a mechanic is available, they will accept your booking and confirm the appointment.
• If no mechanic is able to accommodate your request, you can cancel at no cost.
