What do I do if the customer isn’t answering? Can I charge a fee if the customer doesn’t show up?
If you are unable to reach the customer, it may be due to an incorrect phone number or them not answering. We recommend:

Sending a message through the booking’s Messaging Centre to request an alternative contact number. This will notify them by email.

Attending the booking if the payment has been pre-authorised, as the customer is still expecting you.

Charging a cancellation fee (£40) if you arrive at the location and they are uncontactable.
