Can I adjust the time slot for a confirmed booking? Can I change the date of my booking? How do I update my booking time?
If you have already accepted a booking but need to change the date or time, it is essential to first contact the customer to check their availability.
Once you have agreed on a new time with the customer, update the booking in your ClickMechanic app:

Open the ClickMechanic app.

Click on 'Current' to view your ongoing bookings.

Select the booking you want to modify.

Scroll down to 'Visits' and click the edit icon next to the scheduled time.

Enter the new date and time and tick the box confirming you have agreed this with the customer.

This will automatically notify the customer via email about the updated booking time.
