•Under Labour, you’ll see a message: “Tap to view inspection checklist.” Tap on it.
2. Complete the Checklist:
• As you inspect the vehicle, fill in all applicable checklist points.
•Ensure that every section is accurately recorded, as this will generate the customer’s inspection report once the booking is completed.
3. Consider Additional Customer Requests:
•Customers may request extra checks beyond the standard checklist.
•Take note of these and communicate with the customer if you can include them in the inspection.
4. Customer Follow-Up (Standard & Premium Inspections Only):
