How to Start a Live Chat:

1.Open the ClickMechanic App or log into your dashboard.

2.Click on the menu within the app.

3. Select “Chat with us” from the menu.

4.A live chat window will pop up – click “Yes, please” to start chatting with an agent.

Requesting a Callback:

If you prefer a callback, select this option in the chat. You’ll be asked a few quick questions to help us understand your query. A team member will call you back within 2 hours (during business hours).
