Why Is My Booking Still being checked and not approved?
If your booking is still showing as 'Checking booking', it may be due to one of the following reasons:
•International Payment Card – Bookings made with an international card may require you to send in ID and proof of address and be waiting for manual approval.
•Duplicate Booking – If a similar booking already exists, our system may flag it for review.
•Issue Detected – If an issue was raised before auto-approval, it will need manual review and action.
Our customer service team reviews bookings as quickly as possible and will manually process them. You’ll receive an update once your booking is approved.
