I Haven’t Heard Anything Since Booking. When will a mechanic accept my booking? How long does it take for a mechanic to confirm?
Bookings are not confirmed instantly as we connect you with independent mechanics. Here’s what happens after you place a booking:
📩 Email Confirmation – You’ll receive an email confirming your booking request.
🔍 Finding a Mechanic – Your request is sent to available mechanics in your area.
⏳ Matching Process – We aim to match you within 4 hours, but it can take up to 24 hours or more, depending on availability.
Once a mechanic accepts your booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details, including the date and time of the repair/service and the mechanic's contact details. You can also track your booking via your dashboard.
