What if extra work is needed?

What happens if I need more repairs after my booking? Will I get a new quote if more repairs are needed? What happens if my car needs more repairs?

If your vehicle requires additional work, your mechanic will create a 'follow-on' quote. This quote will include the necessary labour and parts, giving you the opportunity to review it before accepting.

How to Approve Extra Work:

1. Via Your Dashboard: Go to your ClickMechanic dashboard and select “View & Book” under the ‘Your Quote’section.

2. Via Email: Click the link in the “ClickMechanic Quote - Additional work following your booking” email.

If you are satisfied with the quote, simply accept it, and the mechanic will proceed with the additional repairs.
