Can I change my booking details? What updates can I make through my dashboard?
You can amend certain details of your booking via your dashboard, including:
✅ Add More Availability – Increase the time slots when your vehicle is available.
✅ Edit Contact Details – Update your phone number or email.
✅ Update Payment Method – Modify the payment details for your booking.
How to Request Other Changes:
1️⃣ Click 'Actions' on your booking.
2️⃣ Select 'I want to change my booking'.
3️⃣ Use the messaging system to let us know what you’d like to update.
A member of Customer Service will review your request and respond within 2 hours (during open hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM).
