If You Want to Cancel Your Booking

1. Log in to your ClickMechanic dashboard – Click Here

2.Find your booking and select “Cancel Booking”

3.Choose a reason for cancellation and add any additional details in the box provided.

What Happens Next?

•If no mechanic has been assigned, your booking will be automatically cancelled, and no charges will apply.

•If a mechanic has already been scheduled, your cancellation request will be reviewed by our Customer Service team, and cancellation fees may apply depending on how close it is to your appointment time.
