ClickMechanic is an online marketplace platform, meaning all mechanics in our network are independent and manage their own schedules. Because of this, we aim to get your booking picked up as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee an exact timeframe.
What Happens After You Book?
✅ Mechanic Selection – Your request is sent to local mechanics who decide whether to accept it.
📩 Booking Confirmation – Once a mechanic accepts your booking, you’ll receive an email confirming the date, time frame, and mechanic’s details.
🔎 Check Your Dashboard – You can also view booking details in your account dashboard.
📞 Contact Your Mechanic – Reach out via message from your dashboard or call/text the mechanic using the details in your confirmation email.
What’s Next?
🛠 Parts Sourcing – If needed, your mechanic will start sourcing parts for the job.
🚗 Service at Your Location – The mechanic will arrive at the scheduled time and place to complete your repair.
