Can I change the location of my booking? I need to update my address, what should I do?
If you entered the wrong address when booking, it cannot be changed through the ‘Your Account’ section, as quotes are based on the job location. However, we can in some cases update it for you (as long as the quote doesn't change — just send our team a message, and we’ll make the necessary changes.
You need to open a resolution case from the Actions tag on your dashboard.
See a step-by-step guide below:
1. Click on 'I want to change or cancel my booking'
2. Click on 'Change something else'.
3. Type in the message about what you need chancing and hit 'Send'
For a quick resolution make sure to give as many information as needed, especially your full address.
4. The team will review your request and get back to you shortly.
