Can I update my vehicle registration number?

Can I change my vehicle details after booking? I need to update my car registration, what should I do?

If you entered the wrong vehicle registration number when booking, you will need to rebook, as quotes are based on both the postcode and vehicle registration number. If no mechanic has been assigned or the booking is more than 24 hours away, cancellation is free of charge.

To cancel your existing booking:

1. Go to 'Bookings' and click on 'Actions'.

2. Select 'I want to change or cancel my booking'.

3. Next click on 'Cancel booking' and select a reason

You can then create a new booking on our website using the correct postcode and vehicle registration number.
