Where can I find my service report? How do I access my vehicle health check report?

If you need help locating your inspection report, diagnostic report, or pictures, follow the steps below to find them within your ClickMechanic account or email confirmation.

Pre-Purchase Inspection, Service, and Vehicle Health Check Report:

• Log in to your ClickMechanic account.

• Navigate to the booking section under 'Documents'.

• Click 'View Inspection Report'.

• Alternatively, check your 'ClickMechanic - Booking Receipt' email, where the report is attached.

Diagnostic Report:

• Find the mechanic's comments under '== FAULTS IDENTIFIED ==' in your 'ClickMechanic - Booking Receipt' email.

Pictures Taken by the Mechanic:

• Viewable within the 'Bookings' section of your account dashboard under 'Photos'.
